These terms explain how you may use kundankishore.in and access the courses, programs and learning materials you purchase.
You may need to create an account to purchase or access learning content. Please provide accurate registration details, keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account with others.

After successful payment, you receive personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable access to the content included in your purchased course or program.
You receive lifetime access to its recorded lessons, class notes and included study materials. Lifetime access does not mean unlimited live teaching, personal support or access to every other course.
Live classes, mentorship, personal support and third-party software access are provided for the duration and on the terms stated in the relevant program description.
Course access is provided through the learning platform. Downloads are available only where expressly enabled. Please do not copy, distribute, resell, publicly share or commercially reuse the learning materials without permission.
Please review the course description before purchasing. It identifies the teaching language, format, included content, support and any time-limited services. Complimentary recordings do not imply that ongoing live mentorship is included.
The checkout displays the amount payable for your purchase, including applicable taxes and any valid discount. Please use a payment method you are authorised to use.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Access may be withheld where payment has not been successfully received. For a payment or access discrepancy, contact our support team with your order details.
All courses and programs purchased through kundankishore.in are covered by a full refund policy when the request is received within 7 days of the purchase date.
This applies even if you have accessed the learning materials or attended an onboarding session during that period. Completion of onboarding does not shorten the 7-day refund window.
To request a refund, email hello@kundankishore.in with your registered name and email address, the course or program name, and your order ID or payment receipt.
Once the refund is processed, access to the refunded course or program and its included materials will be withdrawn. Requests received after 7 days are not eligible under this policy. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
