Our courses are 100% digital products delivered electronically via online streaming, downloadable content, and live virtual sessions. Once a course is purchased and access is granted to the learner, the digital content is deemed to have been fully delivered.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and standard practices governing digital goods in India, digital products that have been accessed, streamed, or downloaded are explicitly excluded from return or refund, as the nature of the product makes it impossible to "return" once consumed.

Our team will resolve access issues within 24–48 business hours. Technical difficulty in accessing the course does not constitute grounds for a refund if the difficulty arises from the learner's device, browser, internet connection, or account credentials.
